Bee Pollen Vitamins

As we all know, bee pollen contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, hormones, enzymes, and fats. However, what we need to know is what the specific bee pollen vitamins are, and what wonders can those vitamins give us.

Known bee pollen vitamins usually live in perfect relation, which is why the value is more enhanced.

We are going to get a little bit technical and scientific here, but bare with us for a few moments.

Active carotenoids that are found in pollens contain five thousand to nine thousand micrograms that are transmuted into vitamin A in the body. Carotenoids or provitamin A can be found in the lipochrome fraction and these are xanthophyllesters and it ranges from fifty to one hundred and fifty micrograms per gram.

Carotene which is a content of bee pollen may contain twenty times more as is present in an equivalent weight of carrots, which is why bee polle is known as a good source of provitamin A.

The outer layer of the pollen grain or the sporonine is usually combined with carotenoids, but some may also be confined to the protein of the pollen cell.

The Vitamin B complex is also found in bee pollen. Here is the quantity of vitamin B complex that can be found in one gram of fresh pollen.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – 9.2 milligrams
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – 18.5 milligrams
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – 5.0 milligrams
Nicotinic acid – 200.0 milligrams
Pantothenic acid – 27.6 milligrams
Folic acid – 5.0 milligrams

Vitamin B1, B2, and vitamin E contain higher amounts in the form of bee pollen. These vitamins can also be found in berries, fruits, and green vegetables.

Vitamin C and vitamin E or trocopherol are also found in the contents of raw natural bee pollen.

The bacteria created during the fermentation process when pollen is being stored in the cells of the combs are called vitamin K and it doesn’t usually exist in pollens that are mixed.

Ordinary pollens progressively impairs while it is being stored, the fermented pollen or the bee bread maintains its food value even after a couple of years. There are other vitamins including vitamin B5, B12, vitamin D, biotin, inositol and PABA contained in this wonder substance.

Now you clearly know how many bee pollen vitamins people can get by taking bee pollen supplements. So, start making it a habit, take a quality pollen supplement daily for all your daily vitamin needs.

Bee pollen vitamins, of the highest quality, is almost always found to come from New Zealand.  The wind that arrives in New Zealand is typically from the South Pole or Antarctica and we all know there isn’t much pollution there!

The total population is very minimal and therefore, doesn’t produce the emissions that we on the other continents see. The cross winds that blow to and from New Zealand don’t encourage pollution winds from elsewhere.

"……As for the Natural Energy bee pollen product, when I have to do manual labour in the garden I take this product the day before, in the middle of the day. The staying power it gives me is fantastic considering my age (70!)."

"I am very happy with your products. I attribute my not getting the flu and colds that everyone around me has gotten in the last 4 months to taking your Natural Energy bee pollen."

"….One great benefit I've noticed is an improvement in athletic performance. I am a very avid bicycle athlete and spend an average of 12 hours a week riding/training and do several off-road races every year. Since taking Total Balance and Natural Energy bee pollen I have enjoyed a marked improvement in endurance and lactic clearing…..I generally feel stronger and more consistent. These have been rather unexpected benefits as I didn't see anything on the web site regarding athletic performance. Everything else was unchanged - diet, sleep, etc - so I'm pretty sure I have the Xtend Life products to thank."
Brian S, USA
